Application for Admission

To complete an application for admission, please follow the instructions below. A non-refundable fee of $99 is required with each application.

Instructions for Prospective Families

  1. Click on the Apply Today button below.

  2. Select the "Create Account" link to create a MyWell username and password.

  3. After entering your basic information, select the "Create Account" button.

  • Our system may recognize you by your email address.

  • If the system recognizes your email address, your email address will be highlighted in red after you press "Submit."

  • If this occurs, select the "Forgot Login?" button. You will then be prompted to enter your email address to receive an automatic reply containing your MyWell username and password.

  • Once you receive a MyWell username and password, you will have access to complete the online application, monitor your child’s progress through the admissions process, and learn more about The Well School.

Instructions for Current WELL SCHOOL Families

  1. Click on the Apply Today button below.

  2. Please enter your Well School username and password when asked.
