Directions
The Well School is on Well School Road, off Middle Hancock Road.
There are two entrances to the school. Feel free to enter and park at either entrance.
- The south entrance, closer to Peterborough, allows visitors to park closer to Garland House (a.k.a. the Brick Building), which houses our admissions office and school administration, as well as the Lower School classrooms.
- The north entrance, closer to Hancock, is near the Upper School building and an adjacent parking lot.
From the south:
From Main Street in the center of Peterborough (accessible via Routes 101 and 202), drive north on Summer Street, which becomes Middle Hancock Road. Turn left onto Well School Road, which is the south entrance to the school. The Well School is 3.6 miles from downtown Peterborough.
From the north:
Driving south on Route 202, turn right onto Route 123. Make a quick left onto Tannery Hill Road. After 0.6 miles, turn left onto Middle Road, which becomes Middle Hancock Road. Follow this for 1.1 miles, then bear right onto Well School Road, the north entrance to the school, or continue a little further down Middle Hancock Road to the south entrance.
