Summer Camp

We are thrilled to share that Laura Kostenblatt, PA Teacher at The Well School, has taken on the role of Summer Camp Director.

Summer camp registration will open April 1 for current Well School families.

General Registration Opens April 14th. Summer Camp runs June 18th (Young Explorers only) to August 8th.

We know how to have fun, and nothing exemplifies our spirit like our summer day camp programs! We aim to extract every bit of excitement and adventure from the long summer days. 

Our camps serve children ages 3 to 14 and draw from the The Well's outstanding faculty and extended community for its talented, experienced, and energetic staff.

camp details:

  • All camps run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with drop-off beginning at 8:00 a.m.

  • Campers must bring their own lunch, snacks, water bottle(s), sunblock and bug spray, bathing suit and towel, and sturdy sneakers or sandals. A hat and change of clothes is also recommended. Each child will have a cubby in which to store their belongings for the week.

  • Camp payments must be made in full (effective 2025) to confirm your child’s spot.

  • If a session is full, please register to be automatically added to our waitlist. If an opening becomes available, we will contact you.


2025 Camp Options

young explorers

1-week sessions
June 18 - August 8
*June 18-20 and June 30-July 3 are short weeks and will be prorated. Camp is closed July 4th.
$200/week
Ages 3 - 6

Children in Young Explorers enjoy their days filled with outdoor play, crafts, games, short hikes on campus, and water play.

Children attending camp must be toilet independent.

 

Sports Camp

1-week session

Ages 10 - 14

Join Well School alum Alec Nieuwenhuizen for a week of sports! Campers will experience a variety of team sports, including flag football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, badminton, softball/baseball, fishing, and more! Campers will play one sport in the morning and a different one in the afternoon, which varies each day. The campers will develop a skill and then utilize their skills and implement it through team sports. Sport Camp will ensure a fun, energetic atmosphere while promoting teamwork and good sportsmanship.

Art Camp with Ra

Join The Well School's Art Teacher, Ra Eldredge, for a week of Art Camp! Your camper will enjoy creating beautiful artwork using a variety of materials and mediums. When they are not creating, campers will enjoy swimming in the pond and relaxing on the playground.

 

Traditional Day camp

Ages 7 - 14

This is an excellent camp for campers ready to enjoy many activities such as group games, crafts, and outdoor activities, including swimming, kayaking, hiking, and much more.

 

Art Camp With Ava

Sports and engineering with Leah

Join Well School Alumn Leah Nieuwenhuizen for a week of sports and engineering challenges! Campers will experience a morning of Engineering Challenges followed by an afternoon of various team sports, including flag football, volleyball, soccer, capture the flag, gaga ball, and more! Each day, campers use their creativity to solve problems, utilize their skills, and implement through an engineering challenge or a team sport. Sport and Engineering Camp will ensure a creative, fun, and energetic atmosphere while promoting teamwork and good sportsmanship.
